these are codes by intermediary financial institutions that help clear
financial settlements.
In the world of blockchain and cryptocurrency.. the equivalence of
SWIFT or BIC is called Master Noding
Unlike ordinary banking where there are regulated institutions..
and to some level cartels, that blocks every day Joe from venturing
into that space - Blockchain gives a chance to any start up who can
configure and rent servers to complete blockchain transactions
