Hello Friends,
These are certainly interesting times we are living in  right now. We are in a planetary reset. I am a silver lining kinda gal since I had a spiritual and physical awakening with sobriety 15 years ago. I do believe there can be remarkable breakthroughs in the breakdowns, changes and challenges. Of course seeing the gifts can often be tricky. 
Some of the gifts I have experienced with quarantine: cooking more creatively on a budget, staying in my PJs all day if I want to, gardening now, reading more, resting more, meditating more, writing more, walking more, connecting more with my kids & others, seeing more neighbors and folks out and about  (at a distance).

I cup humus of choice
1/2 cup  hemp seeds
1/2 cup broccoli sprouts or micro greens chopped
1 tbs nutritional yeast (optional)
1/2 tsp kelp granules
dash of lemon or lime juice
