The Wayshowing Magic in the Sky

For centuries, mystics and mathematicians, oracles and astronomers, navigators, and historians have looked to the planetary movements to tell us things. Ancient civilizations built structures and timed celebrations around the Solar equinoxes and solstices. Farmers plan their harvests, agricultural practices, and plantings by the moon. Cultural stories from across the world connect planets symbolically with epic God/ess myths. Stained glass windows in Cathedrals across America and Europe include prominent zodiac representations amongst the depiction of Christ. Stone carvings, petroglyphs on walls, and caves depicting stories intricately detailed appear from Egypt to Indonesia, Peru to Namibia. There is no doubt that there was not just curiosity - but deep respect and influence for the Mysteries that were contained in the Sky Above Us. Look up and be mesmerized! There is much already discovered about the celestial map (and still a lot of unknowns!) that is absolutely worth investigating.
