In the last year I began to teach more in person Yoga classes, so I want to let you know where and when you can find me on the glorious Garden Island, Kauai. On Tuesdays I'm at the sweet space called Metamorphose Yoga in Kilauea - All Levels 90 min Therapeutic Flow from 10:00 am - 11:30 am. Thursdays there's a special treat at Barre Kauai in Kapaa - when I teach Yin Yoga & Sound Healing. Often it gets better when the amazing @SteftheKauaiYogi brings her rainbow of singing bowls. 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm. Saturday mornings are the BEST at the light and bright Barre Kauai studio in Kapaa. My Yoga Essentials class hits all the right notes - mind-body-spirit from 10 am - 11:30 am.
Finally, registration is open for my next big Kauai Yoga Training Retreat where I will be taking participants on a deep dive into the Subtle Body, Tantra, and Yin Yoga along with tremendous blessings of fresh tropical breezes, healing foods, and plenty of beach time for 10 nights / 11 days. It's going to be just what the SOUL ordered.
