Aloha Friend ~

I just got back from a beautiful and deeply healing Yoga Immersion with three amazing women in Napa, CA. We enjoyed cheers in the vineyards after our Yoga training sessions in Laura's well-equipped home studio. It is incredible how transformational and satisfying two weeks of yogic practices and connecting with sisters of the heart can do for the soul. I am nourished at the core and I can't wait to do it again this month on my home island of Kauai.

My local host studio, Barre Soul in Kapaa, is owned by Cloud Nine Yoga graduate, Anna Bazalar, who also happens to live a block from my house. During the training, Anna will be in Mexico so we are also able to sublet her home for students traveling from afar. For Kama'aina (Hawaii residents) I have even more special news!
