New Year in one of the best times to set goals and start new healthy habits. However, even though we may have the best of intentions, sometimes we struggle either even just to get started, or to maintain our focus or to sustain the energy required to work towards our goals.
One of the most under utilised by highly effective tools to enhance our goal setting exercise is meditation. Through different mindfulness techniques we can tap into the law of attraction to make our dreams come true.
Which is exactly what we will work on in this one week program. We will work on intention setting, positive affirmations, finding clarity through introspection and also the powerful exercise of visualisation. Here's how the program is structured:
Daily Pranayama & Meditation classes, 30 mins 1 Pranayama Workshop, 60 mins
The classes have been kept short so you can repeat them multiple times as per your needs. The pranayama module will introduce you to some effective breathing techniques using Ayurvedic insights to help you in your goal setting journey.
I will also share the two tools I have used for personal & professional goal setting for 2023 with all participants. |
