Hi Friend,

The September Yoganama Zoomshala schedule is now live on the website. The classes will be as follows


  • Tuesday: Hatha Yoga

  • Thursday: Vinyasa Yoga

  • Saturday: Restorative Yoga


We will continue to include 15-20 mins for your personalized practice in the Hatha and Vinyasa Classes. This personalized practice is based on a fixed sequence of postures given to each student as per their movement patterns and postural needs.


Pricing

The Infinity Pass is priced at Rs. 3000 for the month of September

 

Regular live classes continue to be priced at Rs. 400 per class, Rs.1500 for a 5 class pass (valid for 30 days) , and Rs. 2500 for a a 10 class pass (valid for 45 days + class recordings).


Trial classes are available at Rs. 99.

Weekly Live

Three live sessions each week, on Tue and Thu (7 am) and Sat (8 am), of 75 mins duration

Personalized practice

In every class, 15-20 minutes of the session will be customized for each student, where you will do the poses that I specifically recommend for you. For those who have been practicing regularly with me, I already have a good understanding of your body and requirements. If you are just joining, we will start with some foundational postures before I can develop a custom plan for you.

Breath Based Yoga

The pace of the classes will be moderate and more attuned to the traditional forms of Yoga with greater focus on holding postures, breathing kriyas like Kapalbhati, Nauli, and mindfulness techniques. I want to leverage the unique benefits of Yoga and bring the integrated mind-body approach of traditional yoga back into focus. These are powerful but often untapped in modern day yoga classes.
