The December program includes the following
One 60-min training module to cover the basics of Ayurveda Six yoga classes focussed on Dosha Balancing One 30-min Ayurveda Lifestyle consultation with me
The end objective is to help support overall hormonal health, learn to navigate the monthly cycle for optimum energy levels, manage weight, beat fatigue, prevent/delay lifestyle diseases like diabetes or PCOS, have greater control over anxiety and mental health...and in doing so develop your inherent intuition and increase awareness levels for better quality of life. |
