I give up …

Several candidates, I talked to last year kept repeating one thing,

"Whoever I taught /advised got a job quickly

Sachin, you are good at it. Why don’t you do this full time?"

I was in a denial for a long time. Finally, I give up.

So here it is.

I quit my project with PayPal (on good terms of course) to do this instead.

Initially, I was all over the place, trying to connect Job seekers with employers /recruiters.

In this period, I successfully helped several job seekers find their next job.

I then realized that I can provide the most value by combining my network, my technical skills, and deep knowledge and experience of staffing and recruiting.

And this is how our Bootcamp was born.

We realized that most job seekers are not in a position to pay for our services and hence we decided to go with a sustainable model for both job seekers and us. You pay us $0 upfront. Pay only after you get hired.
