Subject: [Avoid This] Run into any of these writing pitfalls?

Hi Friend,

Writing can be a confusing and difficult practice.

You're taking words out of your mind, putting them on paper, and crafting sentences in a way people will "get it".

Even as you're writing, it's hard to silence your inner editor - that internal voice that tells you every sentence you write needs to be scrutinized instantly.

There's even more pressure that arrives when you're about to hit "publish" and go live with your work.

Beyond that, once your work is live, if people don't read it, share it, or resonate with it how you expected, this can be the worst blow of all.

You want people to read your writing, understand it, share it, and come back for more.

When that doesn't happen, it can hurt, and you may consider quitting.

I have been there.

I understand what you're going through.

As your writing advocate, I want to help you avoid this pain.

I want to help you get your writing seen - and for people to resonate with it.

My latest blog post is about four writing pitfalls I wish someone had told me about when I started writing, and how to avoid them.

If you find a tip that really works for you, leave your thoughts in the comment section!

To your writing success,
Brad
