The sun no longer has its hat on in the wilds of Devon, but that's probably a good thing for my productivity...
It was just too tempting to sit outside last week. Oops!
Recently, I've been thinking a lot about redefining my business and aligning it more with who I am and what I'm good at.
After mentioning this to an online friend, he introduced me to part of his business, which invloves personality profiling...
Now if you're anything like me your initial reaction is probably something like:
"You're kidding! Those things are utter rubbish!"
But in this case you'd be wrong!
I could hardly believe how accurate the results were.
It's almost as if my closest friend was describing me!
"Why are you telling me this?" I hear you cry...
Well, it's because it helped me a lot. And I think it could help you too.

Everyone has their own talents, whether they're aware of them or not and this will help you to identify them.

For me, there was a huge realisation about what makes me unique, what is my purpose and how I can best position my business to take advantage of that...
Basically, it has provided me with the building blocks to create my own brand :)
And brands are what sell...
Think about it...
Would you buy an MP3 player from Dell? No. They're a computer company...
Yet you'd most likely buy one from Apple.

So I encourage you to make some time to complete your Five Energy Dynamics Profile, especially if you ever feel like you're not really on the right path and could be making more of your life and business.
The real power of the system comes from doing the exercise. It does take a little bit of time, but it's truly worth it :)
My profile showed I have an abundance of Earth and Metal energies and very little Fire, which among other things means that I'm good at understanding and looking after the needs of others and good at spotting things that need to be done...
Which is scarily accurate...
