Do you ever have days when you just can't work up the energy?
Yesterday my motivation was at an all-time low. No work got done. And I mean none. Zilch. Nada...
This may shock you, but I didn't even turn the computer on!
Yikes! Call the doctor! ;-)
I struggled to get my kettlebell training done and the 8 kilo weight felt like it had suddenly grown to 20! It was just too much effort!
After lunch, I decided (in my infinite wisdom, lol!) that playing Lego Lord Of The Rings on my XBox for an hour would blow away the cobwebs...
Well an hour turned into 2... (I blame the cave troll!)...
And then 3...
And before I knew it, there wasn't much point doing any work at all... Lol!
Anyway, I'm back in the land of the living today (sort of!) so I just thought I'd shoot off a quick email.
Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few weeks, you'll have heard me wittering on about making a plan for 2013...
I know you may be resistant to the idea. I was too in the early days...
But if I'd listened to the advice being given to me, I would have made quicker progress towards my goals... Doh!
You live and learn! :)
Now I know it's not easy conjuring a plan out of thin air, especially if you're new to online business...
