You'll Never Guess What Happened To Me...
Hey there!
It's Sally Lazarus. I think it's been over 2 weeks and no email from me.
You must be beside yourself with worry. Hehe! ;-)
It just seems to have been one thing after another recently...
It was my birthday on Monday and instead of fireworks and fanfares, what greeted me was Atrial Fibrillation (irregular heartbeat). What fun! :-/
I had it most of the night and got 2 hours sleep. Not cool!
But that wasn't the worst of it. Oh no...
I've been feeling unwell since Sunday. It all started with a swollen gland behind my left ear, which quickly developed into several massive swollen glands around my ear, earache and a sore throat. On the left...
I also had a sore spot on my head, but I didn't think much of it until it spread to cover about a quarter of the left side of my head and part of my face.
It's literally so sore, that just a gentle wind blowing on my head hurts.
So you can probably imagine what showering does to it. Ouch!
This all seemed a little odd but I'm not one to go to the doctor if I can absolutely avoid it, so I put up with it until yesterday when I gave in and made an appointment, expecting to be told I'd got a virus and be sent on my merry way...
Well that's not what happened. Turns out there was a rash under my hair that I hadn't been able to see and I've got...
Shingles!
Yay me! ;-)
Thankfully, I think I've got a fairly mild case, although I do have one very painful spot on my tongue :-P
But I'm taking antivirals so it should hopefully not get any worse.
The only time I ever felt worse than this was when I had Chicken Pox just after I was married. (My husband had Shingles honeymoon - how rude!).
My face was so plastered in blisters I couldn't bear to touch it. It really freaked me out!
I felt like I was turning into Meglos from Doctor Who. Lol!

| | Anyway, there is a point to all this and I'm getting there ;-)
What did I do when I got the diagnosis?
I turned to the internet - "shingles natural remedies" and similar. Plus I googled the side effects of the antivirals.
I've
found out that L-Lysine is good, L-Arginine is bad (and I take that,
yikes!) and that Olive Leaf Extract and Monolaurin are both excellent
natural antivirals.
If there was an ebook available about how to cure Shingles, I'd probably have bought it.
My point is that people are willing to pay money to fix their problems quickly.
Especially if their problem is causing them pain (either physical or mental)
Sure
they *could* get the info for free from the internet, but there are so
many things vying for our attention these days.
It's just quicker to buy
an ebook about it and have all the info at your fingertips.
So think about what knowledge you have that others might be willing to pay for.
Maybe
you taught yourself to play the guitar by some unique method. Or maybe
you cured yourself of MS (yes I saw a website about that recently. It
was a doctor and she used nutrition only! Makes you think!)
But whatever experiences you have, there's probably someone out there willing to pay you for the information.
So get it out there! Make yourself into an expert :)
I read an excellent blog post yesterday that shows you how to do that in 30 minutes a day.
It really will "spark a revolution in your mind". You can check it out here:

Keep believing in your ability to succeed and hopefully I'll speak to you when I'm feeling less like an alien.
To your success!

| | | About the Author: Sally Lazarus is an Internet Marketer, wife, mother and massive geek…
She started out as a programmer many moons ago, before the Internet as we know it today was born… No, not when dinosaurs roamed the Earth! She's not that old! How rude! :P
She's been working online since late 2011. She doesn't claim to know it all. She's still learning too, but she wants to share her knowledge with you and help you succeed online.
She's an ethical marketer and loves helping people to reach their goals. When she sends out a promotion it will always be well thought out, even if it means sending it a day or two after launch.
She will investigate it properly beforehand, get hold of a review copy or buy it herself. She wouldn't recommend anything that she didn't believe in or wouldn't use herself.
Her aim is to save you time by doing the research for you, to make it easier for you to figure out if a particular product is likely to be able to help you reach your goals.
