It's Sally Lazarus here. It's been over a week since my last email, so hopefully you haven't forgotten who I am. Lol!
It's been a busy week, which is the reason I went AWOL...
My mother-in-law still isn't too great health-wise, although she's now been discharged from hospital, which is good.
Plus I only got 6 hours sleep over the weekend due to my Atrial Fibrillation deciding to rear its ugly head in the middle of the night...
Twice!
It really has no sense of timing! :-/
Still, on the plus side my daughters have both been home for the weekend (in fact the youngest is here all week, woohoo!).
For a Father's Day treat, they cooked an awesome roast chicken with all the trimmings, followed by apple and blueberry crumble...
And very yummy it was too! :)
