Hello, hope you're having a good week so far.

I started a new project outside of 317 Holistic Health.

So for now on Tuesdays I'm only available at 1pm and Thursdays I'm
available after 2pm.

I just wanted to let you know because I've had a lot of people trying to
get a hold of me when I'm not able to get back with them on these days.

I also wanted to let you know I've been having trouble with my email.
