Friday I'm going to the Arnold Classic Expo in Columbus, Ohio.

I'm very excited for I have been getting ready for months.

So I will not be taking any appointments that day.

But I'll be back on Saturday and will be taking appointments.

If you would like to schedule an appointment another day during the
