Chapters 6-7: Segramors, Keie, and Gawan illustrate the three forces or capacities of soul life – willing, feeling, thinking. Feirefiz, Gawan, and Parzival depict the development and mastery of different aspects of soul life – sentient soul, heart and mind soul, and consciousness soul. Parzival is confronted and accused by Cundrie – his Double, the personification of his soul. Parzival moves from dullness to doubt, questioning who God is and why God is punishing him.
