not exactly surprising.
But it's NOT: - the latest, greatest new exercise regime
- yet another fad diet
- some mysterious secret from the ancient world
It is..... SLEEP.
But not just any sleep. What's important is the amount of DEEP SLEEP you have.
Ever wondered why, no matter how much exercise, and how 'well' you eat, you never seem to lose that weight or feel better? Why for some people it's easy, and for others, it seems that you put weight on just by looking at a burger or a cake?
For many people, it wasn't always this way. When I was younger, I had much more energy. I ate what I wanted. OK I played sports, but I didn't take that much more exercise overall and I didn't ever seem to gain weight.
So what was different then?
Well, in truth, lots of things were different, but let's focus on just one for now.
My metabolism was much faster then.
How do I know? Because it always is. As we get older, our metabolism naturally slows.
But is there a way to speed it up again? - To improve our body's natural processes
- To lose some unwanted weight
- To improve our overall health
- To look and feel younger
You've guessed it. The answer is more and regular deep sleep.
Just add this 2 minutes ritual to your after dinner routine each day without changing anything else in your life.
This could be the best few minutes you ever spend.
Best

PS: Remember, it's not necessarily more sleep. More deep sleep can sometimes mean less total sleep.
