Three years ago, you clearly stated you opposed large out of scale “Paseo-type” apartments.  I heard and I did something about it.

In my first term, I proposed and won unanimous support that has reformed our Comp plan, ending large out of scale apartments (R-4 zoning) in Winter Park.  Developers can no longer ask to rezone property to build more of these large undesirable apartments.
