Plum, blackberry, blackcurrant, cassis, and cherry are just some of the amazing tunes that create this song of a wine. Chocolate, oak, vanilla, and caramel are some of the bass lines while a tremble of raspberry shines throughout. The classic tempo of pepper pushes the wine. The side notes of vanilla and coffee compliments the finish of leather, tobacco. terroir, and stone. This wine pairs wonderfully with fatty meats or pasta.
