While a lot of Proseccos can be sweet and delightful, a fair share of them are also dry, brut, and refreshing. This Extra Dry has wonderful notes of apple, pear, lemon, and stone fruit with hints of rocky minerals and hard stone. Made with the Glera grape, this wine would be great with an appetizer or seafood.
