Dry White Wine
Vermentino 2018. Cascina Praie - Andora, Italy
This Vermentino is light-bodied and fresh. The aromatics are salty and round, with hints of crushed rock minerals, white herbs, white peach, citrus zest, and a touch of oiled almond. Salinity on the palate leads to a long, snappy finish. This is a mouthwatering white wine.

| Dry White Wine Viognier Marsanne. "The Hermit Crab" -McLaren Vale, Australia
An incredibly fragrant nose full of sweet apricot and gingery spice. The palate is luscious and generous, but has great acid which tightens the wine, adding freshness and a clean crisp finish. Slight pithy feel which builds on the spice notes.

| Dry Red Table Wine Centennial Cuvee 2020. Country Heritage- LaOtto, Indiana
Back in 1920, Hotel Indiana opened in Wabash, Indiana. Now, 102 years later, we have this original red wine to commemorate Charley Creek Inn. Country Heritage, another Indiana landmark, crafted the Centennial Cuvee and the Centennial White Blend, which was featured last week.
