The WILMOTH Owner Maintenance Hub Will Open Monday!
As we shared last Saturday, the new Maintenance Hub will launch Monday! On Monday all rental owners under contract with WILMOTH should receive an invite email. The email will be from PropertyMeld. If you do not find your invite email, please check your spam folder. If you did not receive an invite please let us know at owners@wilmothgroup.com .
We are excited to launch this new communication portal! If you missed it this will be a separate hub/portal for owner's to manage maintenance on their properties!
With access to WILMOTH's Owner Maintenance Hub, owners will be able to:
- View the details of all current and past maintenance activities.
- Review and act on approval requests.
- Effortlessly communicate directly via text, chat and email.
- Manage email and text notifications to stay on top of what matters most for your properties.
We have published a guide to help owners get started with the hub. The link is below. We think the hub is pretty self explanatory but the guide will provide you with additional points of reference if needed.

Owner Maintenance Hub Is Here!
PropertyMeld is the platform that WILMOTH uses to manage the maintenance process. You may be familiar with the PropertyMeld concept of creating "Melds" for each maintenance request. PropertyMeld did not offer a direct platform for owner's and all communication was completed via email.
That is all about to change with our introduction of the new WILMOTH Owner Maintenance Hub from PropertyMeld! |
