We may not say it enough but as we move into the holiday season it is on our minds.
If you receive this newsletter, you either trust us with some of your most important assets, or have considered using our services. We know it is a decision you did not make quickly and we will never devalue your trust.
It will be said so many times over the next weeks. This was a strange year. How it affected the real estate business could not have been predicted. People wanting to move to have more space or get away from density have been fast developing trends. Also, the lack of landlord assistance when it was so easily granted to your tenants caused all of us much concern and pain.
Through it all though we experienced great moments with you and your tenants. For that we are tremendously thankful and hopeful for the days to come.
This Thursday, if you reside in the USA, you will likely celebrate Thanksgiving. We wish to say thank you now for your trust and commitment to providing housing with which we are all proud to be associated.
We are going to take next week off from putting out a newsletter. So this week, we focus on the blessing that we have enjoyed many great moments serving you.
