Changes WILMOTH Group has utilized a team concept for a long time. We find it provides the best experience for our clients and growth opportunities for our team members. In order to avoid the problems with one person only knowing everything about your account, our systems and people must be dynamic and informed. For that reason, we strongly desire all team members to have skills across all sectors of our business.
In keeping with our desire to provide fresh opportunities, new ideas, and cross-trained knowledge we are making changes. Today we introduce your new Owner Liason- Morgan Markham.
Morgan is a former school teacher. She has two children and is married to Chris. Her team experience includes having served in the roles of application underwriting and lease processing. Some of you may have already communicated with her as she gets to know our rental owners.
Our Owner Liason position is the main point of contact for everything about your account. They are problem solvers. Morgan monitors all inquiries on the Owners@WILMOTHGroup.com customer service email and regularly communicates with rental owners in whatever format they prefer (phone, email, text). Morgan will be letting each of you know her direct cell phone in the very near future.
Lacy Clark successfully performed this role and now has moved to our Tenant Liason position as she grows in her knowledge of the property management business. The Tenant Liason provides the same single point of contact and problem solving abilities with our tenants. We are excited to see Lacy apply her communication and problem solving skills as she formerly did with the Owner Liason role.
Are you curious about who fills what roles on our team? We have a web page devoted to quirky facts about our team and each member's areas of responsibility. You may find it interesting to review.
We hope you have a great spring weekend and look forward to serving you and your investments in the future!
Stay Safe! WILMOTH Team |

Tenant Responsibilities That Should Be In Your Lease Your lease agreement should be like a manual for tenants. Besides the terms of the lease, it should identify the different owner and tenant responsibilities. For your tenants the focus will be on how they are to take care of your property.
It is important that the tenant understands these responsibilities. When a complaint is received from a tenant, the first thing a landlord should consider is whether the complaint is addressed in the lease. If it is not, maybe it should be.
Here is a list of common tenant responsibilities that should be in a lease.
