About two years ago we simplified our email system to allow all of our team to access any email sent to the company.  This system has allowed us to improve communications and knowledge within our company.  

Every email is received, tagged to an address or owner, and assigned to the team member who is is most appropriate.  Every message received and sent is archived and can easily be found by anybody in the company at any time with a simple search.  

We are reviewing this operational detail with you to make a request.  When you wish to communicate with us, please just use one email address!  No need to send messages to individual emails or every email address you have associated with WILMOTHGroup.com.  You can send all of your messages to just one email and all the team will have access to them!

Our four email addresses are:

Owners@WILMOTHGroup.com- This is the email address that all of our clients can and should use for their communications. 

PM@WILMOTHGroup.com-  Also has a mask of Hello@WILMOTHGroup.com but they are the same email box.  This is the box for inquiries if you are not one of our clients but want more information. 

Leasing@WILMOTHGroup.com- All about leasing and generally a rental owner should not need to use it. 

Tenants@WILMOTHGroup.,com- This is the email for all of our residents.  It is easily the highest volume box!  It receives all resident communications that are rapidly assigned to the appropriate tenant care person. 

We hope you find this system simple and will stop fretting over which email to use!  If you use one of these (even if it is not the best choice for your need) we will all see it and rapidly deploy to solve your needs!
