Spring is Almost Here!
In climates with four seasons, Spring elicits the most excitement! After the dark and gray of winter we look forward to warmer temperatures, blooming flowers, and those April rain showers.
Here in Indiana, we have seasonal Spring maintenance we recommend to extend the life of mechanicals as well as prevent potential future issues. We recommend servicing of your HVAC system (furnace and AC), flushing water heaters, power washing exteriors, as well as cleaning the gutters & adding gutter extensions (if not already present) to ensure property drainage from rainfall.
If you would like to have any of these services completed at your property, please send an email to: owners@wilmothgroup.com with the email subject line "Spring Maintenance." In the body of the email, please include the addresses you would like to have services completed at as well as listing the service(s) you would like our vendors to complete.
It is also time to consider the landscaping condition of your properties! This is more of a visual or cosmetic consideration for your property, but exterior upkeep of your property will keep it looking nice and improve the value of the property and appeal to potential renters. If you would like to discuss completing some landscaping work, please send an email to: owners@wilmothgroup.com and include the subject: "Spring Landscaping Quote." In the body of the email, please provide the address(es) you would like to obtain quotes for landscaping work as well as what work you may be looking to have done. This could include anything from basic weeding to extensive mulching/rock installation.
We appreciate your continued partnership and are excited to enter into Spring together! |
