You know how we are always asking you to consider giving us a 5-star review on Google? So many of you have done so and we say Thank you! But if you read the reviews we receive you get the idea of the challenge we have. Unhappy declined applicants, evicted tenants, all have access to Google. We get 1 star reviews for protecting your interests.
We want to do some good in our community and we had an idea. What if we pick various not-for-profit organizations that have a connection to housing and related issues in Central Indiana and make a monthly contribution to their efforts? What if we decide how much to give based on the level of support we receive from all of you? Not financial support but 5 star Google review support.
So beginning this week we are going to accumulate a contribution of $15 per 5 star Google review. We have selected our first not-for-profit for this contribution- the HealthNet's Homeless Initiative Program. We have worked with referrals from this organization to place great tenants in homes over the last few years. We have found that through the support of this program, we have located some great tenants! The tenants referred to us, with this program by their side, further become solid citizens. So, this is the kind of cause we want this to support. Be sure and click on the link to the program to learn more.
