Fall Has Fallen!

Yes..it is October in Indiana and that means the leaves will soon be putting on a grand show of color only to suddenly fall from their perches.  When they fall, the landscape suddenly turns gray and winter like.  Except on the ground and particularly on roofs.  Gutters are a favorite landing place for leaves.  When those same leaves become wet they get heavy.  They get even heavier and more solid as freezing temps set in.   

Please take a few minutes to read the following article about the importance of gutter maintenance this time of year.  If WILMOTH is your property manager, a quick reminder!  We will complete gutter cleaning on vacant properties, buildings with 3 units or more, and two-story properties in late October and early November.  

Tenants in single story homes are obligated to clean their gutters but often do not do a great job.  So, if you want to really take care of your property consider using our services for single story properties.  

We will be scheduling gutter cleaning at all property types (except single family, single level, occupied homes), unless we are notified by email.   Please let us know if you are absorbing this risk to your property, or you want us to clean your single level property, before October 15th at OWNERS@WILMOTHGroup.com.
