Hello friends...we are back!
The Warriors have been camped out in Antarctica this past week searching for the South Pole, and we found it! Imagine our surprise after coming back to civilization and checking the Northwestern football scores thus far. Just as we trekked to the bottom of the Earth, the 'Cats have officially hit rock bottom at 0-2 and fresh off a loss against an FCS team.
What can possibly take us away from this living nightmare? Two words - NIGHT GAME! The Warriors invite you out to journey with us to the opposite end of the Earth as we host a North Pole themed Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa tailgate on Saturday. Come celebrate winter as we finish off the summer, and chill these hot temps just like the 'Cats have put our high hopes for 2016 on ice.
Feel free to deck the halls with holiday garb or show us how you really feel about this season to date by wearing a bag over your head.
We'll be posted up in our usual spot, in the West Lot at the intersection of Isabella and Ashland. Food will be served along with mixed drinks, beer, and Fireball! Our satellite TV will be live starting at 3pm to watch the quality games before the trainwreck at 7pm.
