These databases are included in Ralphs book, The Data Warehousing Toolkit.
It is the most popular book about dimensional models ever released.
We are using Ralphs Meta5 software to demonstration the databases in his book.
I think you will find this series very interesting because it gives you a chance to download and query the databases from Ralphs Book using the software he had a hand in creating.
