How cancelling an appointment worked wonders
One of our ‘dream team’ clients (clients who use our Fast Forward program to maximum effect), cancelled a session last week because she wanted to remain in integrity with the program. We give clients unlimited accountability coaching sessions with just one rule: you must complete the ‘homework’ you’ve set for yourself before we meet again.
The sessions are powerful because they force action. No action? No more sessions. It’s the added incentive many of us need to achieve our goals.
By the next day, our client had completed all the tasks she’d committed to and we were back on Zoom setting a new bunch of action items. She had several sessions that week, and made fast and thorough progress — as she has been doing all year. It’s rewarding to watch!
