Virtually overnight, we’ve radically altered the way we live. Things that felt impossible before, like untangling ourselves from complex webs of commitments, have proven entirely doable — effective immediately. We’ve been on top of things one day, only to be overwhelmed the next. That’s what happens when the routines that usually soothe us are suddenly shaken up, outside our control. It’s natural to feel adrift.
We’re both working from home and supervising kids who are remote learning. And it’s been a strong reminder of why we created My 15 Minutes in the first place: to provide an oasis of calm and momentum and structure in a day.
