WHAT PACK SHOULD PEOPLE JOIN MDC WITH?

We want to set up our new affiliates with the "BEST possible chance for success" (like Eric says) because we care about them which is why in my opinion there are only 2 options for getting started... Director or EXEC.
Let me explain all of the OPTIONS...
Joining with a Builder pack ...
- Get paid much LESS commissions
- Pay MORE for the products
- This option is not for someone who's really going to be serious about this business... if they are NOT ready to make money and they just want to try it out then OK but for anyone looking to really have success... Builder is not the way to go.
Joining with a Director pack...
- SAVE money on the products! (BIG discount!)
- Get promoted to the rank of Director! = More $$$
- Those who live outside the USA get promoted to EXEC!
Joining with an EXECUTIVE Pack...
- SAVE money on the products! (BIG discount!)
- Get promoted to the rank of EXEC!
- Get paid the MOST commission possible!
- This option is here for a reason...
- Those who have the most success and make the most money are at the rank of EXEC starting out. Some will UPGRADE to Exec which is fine too but only if done right away...
SUCCESS LEAVES CLUES!
WHY joining for as a FREE affiliate is NOT a good option...
- They ONLY get Jump Start commission and HALF as much!
- They can not earn any Binary commission!
- They can not earn any Check Matching!
- They can not get promoted up the ranks!
- If they don't have any PV after 2 months they get purged from the system losing their entire team and volume!
- YOU get paid ZERO commission when someone does this.
The ONLY reason why this is even an option is to be compliant with the FTC and protect MDC long term.
For my personal prospects... this is NOT an option because they are obviously not ready put in the work to build a business and have success as you can see from everything they will be missing out on in the comp plan. I'm only going to spend time working with someone who's READY... and I never buy the "no money excuse"... of course they have the money... everyone does OR can get the money within a few days or weeks... they are just not READY so I tell them to let me know when they ARE ready to work and have success with this business...
I understand that some people want to just get as many people in as possible and use this free option as the way to do it BUT remember you are not helping them. They didn't even buy any product... how serious do you think they are going to be?
If you do talk about the free option as a way to get started just make sure you also explain everything I have laid out above to help them make the best decision!
REMEMBER...
People will do what you do... When you are building your business and enrolling new affiliates they will want to know how you got started and most will join the same pack you did. What you DO duplicates!
If you did join with a smaller pack and then UPGRADED to EXEC in your first month that is also good to say to your prospect BUT... its best for people to JOIN with the EXEC so they are starting off from day #1 with the best chance of success.
When I joined MDC on May 1st, 2018 my bank account was NEGATIVE and we had NO money... I put everything I had left on my Credit Card to go EXEC and my DESIRE was strong!! This business changed our life because or life depended on it!!
