I'm very excited about this one as it is a truly immersive experience from going on a historical walk in Old Havana, to making a trip to the local farm to collect supplies (Yoanis and I always called this the 'hunting trip') to then cook the said supplies with a great Cuban chef, to enjoy the fruits of your labour later. Then head out to Vinales - fantastic to ay how well this region recovered from the last cyclone! - visit the farmers, enjoy farm to plate experience, followed by Rum tasting and cocktail classes in Trinidad. You'd be well equiped to return home to create an authentic Cuban themed dinner party, with pre-dinner cocktails and a delicious meal to follow!
