Hola Friend,

como estas? Hope you have been well.

I've been saying that times are changing. As at today Cuba has change the way you can obtain the Tourist Visas... it is now via an online platform! Here's the link for you to use - https://visasonline.cubaminrex.cu/

Not much detail on there, ie. about costs or requirements. So I won't guess on price. Regarding what is required, I would say, what was required on the application form via the consulates before and of course a passport photo.

As soon as we get more information we will share with you.

"Off the Beaten Path"

Meanwhile we just had the lovely Roberts Family over for a visit. They had an absolute blast on their trip. One of the new experiences we had for them is a visit to a farm outside of Trinidad where they spent the day learning all about making that delicious fresh brew in the morning.. of course, fresh home grown beans dehulled and roasted in front of their eyes, cooked the traditional way - check out insta! We shared the magic) aaaand with the freshst of fresh milk you can get, straight out of the cow's udder. Rather funny how in some countries it is even illegal to do that these days 😔 After that refreshing brew, they had a chance to assist with creating a delicious creole lunch and then trek to a waterfall in the back of the ranch.

This was only one of the highlights from the trip! with many others...

It's always fun to see people light up with the different activities and places we visit.

And now we are preparing for the next trips...

Some exciting ones on the horizon, one closer and some further away. One I am very excited about is the lovely group in January for the Jazz Festival! How fun is that going to be? Learn about the country by day and visit the Jazz clubs by night. This festival been going for 40 years!! One could say that it must be an awesome atmosphere, and definitely great music!
