well, it's been another busy week, we've had a few more interesting one's
for MAC users, and once again we believe we've found the fixes for the
problems, so please make sure you login and check the "Members Home" page
and have a scan through the news updates.

Rev 12: If you're getting asked for ftp info on the pugins page in WP Admin
then we've found the fix

Rev 11: New Trouble Shooting Guides added under the installation videos, as
well as simple "step-by-step" actions

Rev 10: IonCube Loaders: some plugins need you to have the IonCube loaders
installed, we're working on this now and will have a new tutorial video
whosing how to do this in the next couple of days, keep your eyes peeled
for an update on the Members Home for when the video is added

Rev 9: Support desk/ticket reply notifications - Please check the domains
that your shoulod be whitelisting to try and make sure you always get our
support udate replies.

Rev 8: File download time outs - some people have been experiencing file
download problems, we have increased the default timeout period on the
server to 20 mins, so this should be long enough even with a slow download
service, however, if your download speed is slow please download files 1 at
a time and ensure each have completed succesfully before moving on to the
next file.

Rev 7: WP Multisite (MU) - this is anther "extra" that we've been asked
about that we're looking in to now and hope to have more instructions and a
video for next week.
