it appears it's the turn of UK & Europe to be targeted for a bit of 'down
time', we've had lots of people getting in touch to say that they're
getting a "this webpage is not available" when they try to get to Traffic
Tagger!

It's not our servers, apparently it's down to some internet service
providers in the UK and Europe being targeted, even eBay is suffering the
