Subject: Dale Stanton Hoyle's Retirement announcement

The Board of Directors of Five Talents USA extends thanks and best wishes to Dale Stanton Hoyle, who has announced he will retire as CEO by the end of this year.

Kimberly Pacala, Chair of the Board, said, “Our organization has grown and become stronger thanks to Dale's commitment to our mission, vision, and values, and he has touched many lives in the process.  Over the past five years, Dale has led Five Talents USA to increase its annual revenue by over 50% to $1.1 million in 2022.  Now over 1.6 million lives have been empowered by Five Talents’ programs around the world. We look forward to having Dale stay on in the CEO role until a successor is identified who can carry the organization forward with the same level of excellence.”

In his message to the Five Talents family, Dale Stanton Hoyle said,

“It is with bittersweet feelings that I share with you the news of my retirement as the CEO of Five Talents USA, pending the transition of a new CEO to the role. I look forward to moving into a different kind of support position and plan to continue to devote time and resources to this organization, to which I have grown so close over the past 5½ years.

When I started as CEO in 2017, I never could have dreamed of how many wonderful experiences were ahead. Visiting with new entrepreneurs around the world and working with excellent staff, board members, and partners has been a true privilege. I also never anticipated how much I would enjoy being a grandparent, and I am looking forward to spending more time in that role as well, including with our new grandchild due this August.

The FTUSA Board has requested that I work with them in the hiring of our new CEO over the next six to nine months or so, and I am excited to be part of that process. I trust that God will be tapping the next CEO on the shoulder soon – someone who will help us to build on our achievements while taking Five Talents to new heights.”
