Dear Friend,

 As you know, with my impending retirement soon there will be a transition in leadership here at Five Talents. I’m honored to have worked with Liz Ha, our Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for the past four years, and I am thrilled to share with you that she has been selected unanimously by our Board of Directors to be our new CEO, beginning on June 15th. We wanted you to be among the first to hear this great news.

Liz has deep knowledge of our programs and has visited a number of our partners in East Africa and Asia. She has contributed to Five Talents in so many ways in her current role, and she has helped us grow by casting a vision of what Five Talents can be as she has developed and strengthened relationships with many of you, our supporters and friends. 

Liz has the personal integrity, the experience, the interpersonal skills, and even the good sense of humor, it takes to hold the CEO position. It has been an honor and a joy for me to work with her. You will hear from her in the near future about her vision for Five Talents and her renewed commitment to this amazing organization.
