Baby born and dies on campus at University of Illinois
We are in mourning following the reports ( WGN, local paper, and more) on the birth and death of a baby on campus at the University of Illinois, just blocks from our office. We grieve for the baby, for the baby’s mother - a 19 year old student - and for all the circumstances that led to this awful tragedy in our community.
No student should face pregnancy alone. We’re here, right here, on campus with you. We want to help you.

This tragedy impacts SFLI hard. We sacrifice everyday to prevent this very thing from happening: the loss of life.
In our sorrow, we affirm our belief. In our pain, we recognize the loss of dignity.
Each child, each mother, each person has dignity and we stand for the value of all of their lives. And, we will continue to serve, sacrifice, and give to protect all life.
Loving Life, Kevin
