Yes, Planned Parenthood performs abortions...but what's so bad about their clinics that don’t perform abortions?

There are clinics that just provide birth control, STD testing, cancer screenings, etc. And those clinics legally cannot provide abortion services or else they will lose government funding. Are those ones all that bad?
