I hope your summer is off to a great start! I've missed writing these emails over the past couple months and I'm so happy to be back in your inbox today. Things are normalizing in our household after a year+ of quasi-quarantine and it feels amazing. I hope the same is true for you!
One of the most exciting updates is that I'm working to become a certified Health Coach, which has been a dream for years! I'll keep sharing throughout the process and look forward to getting your input and feedback as I create content and think about the services I'll offer in my coaching practice.
