With the Holiday season in full swing, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for being here and part of this community. Two years ago, the decision to start publicly sharing my passion for wellness, healthy living and home cooking was scary - it had been years since I'd even posted on my (then private) Instagram account! But I'm so glad that I did. I've loved the experience of sharing and connecting with you, and I'm so grateful for your support.
As my daughter would say, âit fills up my bucketâ to receive the sweet messages sharing the healthy changes youâre making, the recipes you love and the clean product swaps youâve tackled throughout your home. I appreciate you being on this journey with me and for trusting me with your dinners! Thank you for your encouragement, questions, ideas, feedback and for being open to hearing a new perspective.
In this season of giving, I want to encourage you to pass along the inspiration for healthy living. Iâve put together a selection of some of my favorite things that promote wellness, fitness, sustainability, mindfulness, and home cooking. There's a big section for children this year too!
And just remember: nothing beats a heartfelt message, time together or a homemade gift (so I've included some easy DIY ideas in my guide). The next best thing: practical items that promote well-being. I hope you find something you love! |
