It looks like most of you could not get through to the live broadcast. We still do not know why. I sincerely apologize that you all put your valuable time aside and that it was wasted.
I never would do something like that on purpose.
And here's what I'll do, to try to make up for the inconvenience you experienced.
If anyone has any questions afterwards, shoot me an email and ask away. I will contact you directly by email or phone, and answer them for you.
Again, I apologize. There isn't anything we can do to fix a technical difficulty during a webinar, but I will do everything I can to make it right for you.
