Unless you are under a rock you have either heard talk this week about GDPR or seen a ton of emails asking you to resubscribe, or sharing a new privacy policy
I hate to bore you but here is another
Because of the new law that goes into effect on May 25, I have to notify you of my updated privacy notice and my terms of service.
We as online businesses are required to be transparent with our list about any data are saving, cookies, privacy and make sure people give you their consent to be a part of your mailing list / opt-in / freebie / whatever.
Basically, as a business owner I am legally required to PROTECT your information from data breaches, and have a responsibility to have collected any personal information with your express consent.
And if you are in the EU, this applies to you, *mostly*. If you still want to here from me, you should have received a separate email telling you how to stay subscribed.
If you are in North America, you're fine, you don't have to do anything!
