SEPTEMBER 7-13, 2020

THIS SUNDAY AT THE CHAPEL

WEATHER REMINDER: We have been blessed with 10 weeks of beautiful sunny Sunday mornings, but at present, it seems we have a 50/50 shot this Sunday. Please make your reservations as usual and be sure to check your email for a possible weather cancellation notice Sunday morning before heading to the chapel. If no notice, we will see you at the chapel - just be sure to bring your rain jacket and/or umbrella!

In keeping with the CDC recommendations, safety precautions remain in effect for all gatherings at the chapel including 6' social distancing and wearing masks. (Hand sanitizer and masks are available at the table at the entrance.) In order to ensure the 6' distance between persons of different households, RSVPs are required for Sunday services.

This week we welcome back Rev. Kate Grayson who will be sharing her insights on "Riding the Waves".

We look forward to singer/songwriter Dave Stewart's first appearance at the chapel. Dave, who is a member of Blue Jazz (and a few other bands!) joins us from Franklin, NC. We are excited to hear his original works.

Mereta Alspaugh will be the host.

If you plan to attend, please be sure to RSVP by clicking the link below and providing the names and number of people in your party and whether you will be sitting together or separately. Click HERE to RSVP this Sunday service.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

If you can’t fly then run,

if you can’t run then walk,

if you can’t walk then crawl,

but whatever you do

you have to

keep moving forward.
