LAST WEEK

SUNDAY SERVICE

Lisa and Filmer Kilby provided shared their original tunes and Dr. Norman Olsen focused our attention on the power of gratitude in his talk "Gut Yontif. Happy Thanksgiving."

Norman's talk is available online.

OPELSKE

Thanks to the folks who have signed up so far - we really appreciate your assistance.

To everyone else, we could STILL use a few more volunteers!

If you are willing to help the Opelske team - even for a few hours - keep the deck, stairs, walkways, and gutters clear of the leaves, please contact Joyce Oliver at (828) 200-9160 or Sandy Thomas at (407) 786-4364.

LOST & FOUND

A couple of beach towels were left at the chapel at the last concert. They are currently waiting for you at the front door of the chapel.

Two weeks ago a Yeti mug was left at the chapel. If you were kind enough to take it home for cleaning - or you know where it landed at the chapel - please contact Ruth Henry at 901.218.4234 so we can get it back to its owner.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

We strongly encourage

Saying "Yes" to Life ... to Love ... to Opportunities

-- but NOT at the expense of one's health.

*.....*.....*.....*.....*

Valuable Lessons About Saying "No"

1. There comes a time when enough is enough.

2. Even when you say no, you can support others who have said yes.

3. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
