SUNDAY 5/7 - SWEET CHARITY - 2-4 PM

Our 2023 concert season begins May 7th with Sweet Charity, a local favorite, playing Top 10 rock & roll classics of the '60s and '70s to "get your happy on". The concert is free. Tips for the musicians are always welcome.

If it rains we will be inside, but if the weather holds we will be on the deck so you may want to bring your favorite beverage, hat, and folding chair. Either way we will be having fun and look forward to seeing you there!

TUESDAY 5/9 - WRITERS WORKSHOP (5-6:30 PM)

The Wayfarers Workshop for Writers, facilitated by Sam Renken, has a simple mission: to foster and provide consistent community for local writers. Meeting every Tuesday, the workshop will provide writers of all ages and genres the opportunity to write, read, revise, and present their work to the group.

WEDNESDAY 5/10 - NEW THOUGHT DISCUSSION GROUP (1-3 PM)

With more than 40 years of New Thought study and practice, Dee Daley facilitates an informal discussion group based on the pioneers of the New Thought movement. This second of three sessions will focus on the influence of Emma Curtis Hopkins on the New Thought Movement here in the USA.

If you are interested in the discussion group, or would just like more info on New Thought leaders and/or ideas, Click Here for an electronic copy of the resource material for the discussion group.

WEDNESDAY 5/10 - REIKI (4-6 PM)

Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing that treats the whole person - body, emotions, mind, and spirit - creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing. Reiki works in conjunction with other medical therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

In these sessions, one or more Reiki practitioners assist you to address your specific desire/concern. Reiki is performed by the practitioner(s) holding hands on or above the body - whichever is most comfortable for the recipient.

When you arrive at the chapel, please enter quietly, take a seat, and simply enjoy the peaceful, loving energy of the space. A practitioner will be with you shortly.

Sessions are free and open to everyone. Donations may be placed in the baskets near the front door.

THURSDAY 5/11 - GENTLE MAT YOGA (4-5 PM)

If you are interested in greater strength and flexibility, but have difficulty getting up and down from a sitting or reclining posture, Chair Yoga may be the perfect fit for you. Dana Thiele has been teaching Chair Yoga since 2017 and is ready to guide you on your new health adventure.

THURSDAY 5/11 - GENTLE MAT YOGA (5-6 PM)

Looking for greater strength? More flexibility? Time to focus on YOU? Join Dana Thiele at the chapel for Gentle Mat Yoga on the Deck. With more than 20 years experience, Dana Thiele is here to lead you in gentle, yet highly beneficial yoga routines.
