March 29 - April 4, 2021

LAST SUNDAY AT THE CHAPEL

With a day focused on change, Marie Dunkle started us off with three cello songs of change. Ruth Henry then led us in a group discussion about the Positive Power of Change.

THIS SUNDAY - APRIL 4th - Easter Service and Butterfly Release

We welcome Lisa and Filmer Kilby back to the chapel and look forward to their musical offerings.

Kim May will speak on "Expectations - a Double Edged Sword" - a look at how, with all our incredible power, we can unknowingly create roadblocks and resistance to our heart's desire for joy, peace, and ease.

At the end of the service, Joyce Oliver will lead us in our magical annual Easter butterfly release.

Remember, fans are ON and doors are OPEN, so dress accordingly. (Maybe even bring a warm blanket in case you are near one of the doors.)

Please enter thru the front door and exit thru deck doors and leave chairs exactly where they are. If you were confirmed for a double and don't see one, please check with one of the board members.

Please continue to observe 6' spacing and the wearing of face masks. Hand sanitizer and masks are available at the front door.

OPELSKE

Thanks to the Opelske team who continued their work beautifying our new walkways this past weekend. Anyone interested in helping maintain the beautiful chapel grounds can contact Joyce (828) 200-9160 or Sandy (407) 786-4364 for information on the next group workday.

DEATH CAFE - Sunday, April 11th, 2-4 pm
Death Cafe is a global movement started in the UK whose only objective is:  "To increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their finite lives."

Join Jan Brewer, M.A., CMT, for a group-directed conversation in the welcoming space of Wayfarers Chapel about death and dying / life and living.  Come talk about all things death-related with others wanting to join the discussion. Share your fears, tears, laughter, curiosity, creativity, stories, or just lend an open ear in this safe, relaxed, and supportive setting.
